Bravely started out as a musical outlet, where I could release songs about my personal journey with addiction, mental illness, and loss. My mission as a songwriter is to tell my whole truth, in hopes that others will relate and feel understood and validated.
Wellness
My journey of recovery gave me a passion to help other people. My years working in the clinical world, combined with my lived experience, have enabled me to work with individuals and help them begin to heal and thrive!
Connection
I believe that connection is the solution to many of our problems. I do my best at my concerts, workshops, and groups to foster a sense of community and help people build their tribe.
